The main idea of this article was students all across the world could take test for any colleges and do class assessments. The are making programs on the ipad that will make situations like these possible. Some may say that that will enable room for cheating or someone else may take the test for them. Well there working on a finger print recognition that way only the assigned person can take the test no one else. I personally think they can still cheat even if they block internet connection. The student can easily text or call or get in contact with someone else than can look up the information for them.
